Clause 3.2If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Clause 3.3These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and jiwin relating to the subject matter hereof, whether written or oral.

Clause 4.3 — Single AccountEach eligible User may hold only one Account at any given time. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any related transactions and withhold any balances pending investigation.
Clause 4.4 — CapacityYou warrant that you are registering on your own behalf, that you are acting as a principal and not as an agent for any third party, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
Clause 5.2 — KYC DocumentsThe Platform may require you to submit identity verification documents as part of the KYC process before you are permitted to make withdrawals or access certain features. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users typically include:

Clause 5.5 — Account SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify the Platform immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance therewith, the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jiwin for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Clause 6.2You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes as described herein and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other user's access to or use of the Platform.
Clause 6.3All content on jiwin, including text, graphics, logos, icons and code, is the intellectual property of jiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.
All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform accepts various payment methods subject to availability, operator policy and applicable law. Clause 7.2 — CryptocurrencyWhere cryptocurrency payments are accepted by the operator, transactions in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or Tether (USDT) are subject to applicable network confirmation times and associated volatility risks. jiwin does not represent that cryptocurrency deposits are legally available in Pakistan. Clause 7.3 — Withdrawal ConditionsWithdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds and compliance with the Platform's current withdrawal policies as set out in the operator's terms. Clause 8.3 — AbuseBonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing opposing wagers to cancel out risk; using automated systems or scripts to exploit promotional structures; and colluding with other users. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of related winnings and potential permanent account closure.
Clause 8.4 — ExpiryBonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically forfeited. The Platform accepts no liability for expired bonus funds.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, event or game type, as published in the Platform's current rules documentation. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
Clause 9.2 — Odds & ResultsOdds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Platform reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were displayed in error. Official results are used to settle wagers and the Platform's decision on result settlement shall be final, subject to any applicable dispute procedure.
Clause 9.3 — In-Play BettingLive or in-play betting markets move rapidly. The Platform does not guarantee the continued availability of any in-play market and reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time, including during Pakistan cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments or any other live sporting event.
Clause 9.4 — Technical ErrorsIn the event of a technical malfunction, system error or communication failure that affects bet placement, game play or settlement, the Platform reserves the right to void any affected transactions and restore account balances to their state prior to the malfunction. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising directly from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

Clause 10.2 — Self-ExclusionAny User who believes they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from their Account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new Account or circumvent the exclusion in any way. The Platform will not reinstate access during an active self-exclusion period.
Clause 10.3 — Underage Gamblingjiwin has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the applicable minimum age, we will immediately suspend the Account pending age verification. If the User cannot satisfactorily demonstrate eligibility, the Account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, its content, design, software, branding, trademarks and technology are owned by or licensed to jiwin. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Clause 12.2You are granted a limited licence to access and display the content on jiwin solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or financial loss arising from gambling activity.
Clause 13.2The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious code.
Clause 13.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Clause 13.4 — Gambling LossesGambling involves inherent financial risk. The Platform accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by a User. Users participate in all gambling activity at their own risk and in full knowledge that they may lose all funds wagered.

Clause 14.3Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other locations in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable to their jurisdiction before accessing or using this Platform. jiwin strongly recommends that users seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in their specific location.
jiwin reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.
Clause 15.2Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied or the bonus funds forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to AML and KYC clearance.
Clause 16.2 — Termination by PlatformThe Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Platform reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; (c) the User is found to be in a Restricted Territory; (d) the User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (e) the Platform is required to do so by law or a competent authority.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, to the exclusion of Pakistani domestic law unless specifically required by mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to you.
Clause 17.2In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact the Platform's support team in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body identified in the operator's licensing terms. Users in Pakistan should be aware that enforcement of any foreign judgment in Pakistan may be subject to limitations under Pakistani law.
